Return Policy

To maintain strict hygiene standards and streamline our operations, we have a firm exchange-only policy.

• No Returns or Refunds: Sacred Sin does not offer returns or monetary refunds under any circumstances.
• Exchange Eligibility: We gladly offer exchanges for incorrect sizing or if you receive a damaged/defective product.

Exchange Conditions:

1. Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the order.
2. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and strictly in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Items purchased during a clearance sale, promotional event, or using a heavy discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence at support@sacredsin.in. We will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Standard Size Exchanges: For sizing exchanges, the customer is responsible for the reverse shipping fee subjected to delivery partner, which covers the logistics of picking up the old item and delivering the new one.
