Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed on the Sacred Sin website, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your order details, including the products purchased, quantity, order value and shipping information.
The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order and will proceed with processing it, subject to product availability and successful payment verification.
Sacred Sin may contact you using the details provided at checkout if additional verification is required.
No Cancellation Policy
All orders placed on the Sacred Sin website are final and cannot be cancelled, modified or withdrawn once successfully placed.
Due to the limited production and exclusive nature of our collections, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been placed.
Customers are therefore requested to carefully review their product selection, size, quantity, shipping address and other order details before completing the purchase.
Refusal to accept a shipment or failure to receive the order does not constitute a cancellation and may be treated in accordance with our applicable Shipping, Return and Exchange Policies.
Cancellation by Sacred Sin
Sacred Sin reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Product availability or inventory discrepancies
- Incorrect pricing or product information caused by an error
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Inability to deliver the order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Any other circumstances where fulfilment of the order is not reasonably possible
If Sacred Sin cancels an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
By placing an order on the Sacred Sin website, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final and that cancellation requests cannot be accepted once an order has been successfully placed.
